Method
In a small bowl, add 75ml cranberry juice, 25ml agave nectar, and ¼ vanilla pod.
Stir well until thoroughly mixed and leave to sit for 15 minutes to create a cranberry sherbet.
In a highball glass ¾ filled with cubed ice, combine 25ml vodka, 15ml fino sherry, and 75ml Schweppes Siganture Light Tonic Water.
Add the cranberry sherbet and stir well.
Garnish with a scattering of fresh cranberries.
