Fruity, yet full of flavour. Add pink gin to Schweppes Lemonade for a sparkling serve with a soft sweetness. Top with a garnish of star anise for a final festive flourish.

Ingredients

50ml Pink Gin
150ml Lemonade
Star Anise

Method

Fill a highball with cubed ice
Pour in the 50ml Pink Gin and 100ml Schweppes Lemonade
Stir gently to combine
Garnish with a star anise.
