Method
In a small bowl, add 75ml cranberry juice, 25ml agave nectar, and ΒΌ vanilla pod.
Stir well until thoroughly mixed and leave to sit for 15 minutes to create a cranberry sherbet.
Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
Combine 15ml of the cranberry sherbet with 35ml vodka and 15ml lemon juice.
Top up with Schweppes Signature Light Tonic Water.
Garnish with crushed pink peppercorns and pomegranate seeds.
