Sunshine Spritz
A fruity combination of either gin or vodka with light tonic and strawberry to create a summertime favourite.
Ingredients
50ml Gin or Vodka150ml Light tonic
Garnish: Strawberry slices.
Method
Fill a wine goblet with ice and add 50ml of either gin or vodka.
Top up with Schweppes Signature Light Tonic and stir.
Garnish with slice of strawberry.
Top up with Schweppes Signature Light Tonic and stir.
