Whisky Sour Float
A smoky yet refreshing sophisticated short drink that combines Scotch whiskey, egg white, angostura bitters and Coca-Cola Signature Mixers Smoky.
Ingredients
35ml Scotch25ml Coca-Cola Signature Mixers Smoky Notes
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Egg White
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Lemon Wedge
10 Cubes of Ice
Method
Pour the Scotch, lemon juice, sugar syrup, 2 dashes of angostura bitters and egg white into a shaker
Seal the shaker and shake hard
Open the shaker and place 5 cubes of ice inside then seal the shaker again
Shake the shaker until it's ice cold
Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice
Strain the cocktail into the glass
Float the Coca-Cola Signature Mixer Smoky Notes over the top
Garnish with a dash of angostura bitters and a lemon wedge
Seal the shaker and shake hard
